ATLANTA -- The City of Atlanta has announced the Trinity Avenue Farm Design Competition.
The Trinity Avenue Farm will be developed on a 0.8 acre lot across from City Hall in downtown Atlanta. It is part of the city's Sustainability Plan.
The design competition is open to professionals, students and educators in construction, design, development, horticulture, landscape architecture and other similar fields.
The deadline to register for the contest is Oct. 14. Designs must be submitted by Nov. 1. Anyone who enters must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Georgia.
WalMart has donated $25,000 for the winning designer's prize.
